water leak from rubber nipple under car 200 1982

Please help!
A 1/2 gallon of coolant is dripping out overnight from a rubber plug (about 0.5 inch square) that sticks out of the bottom of the car above the exhaust pipe. It appears to be below the dash/console area, not the engine compartment.
