Heat and Humidity cursing my brick? 200 1978

Hi,

My mostly well-preserved 264 has some problems that I think are related to the impact of humidity and/or heat on the electrical system. These problems include:

-failure to start or even turn over in VERY humid conditions. Esp. in the middle of summer after a rain storm raises humidity to a very high level.
-a weird random hesistation under load during very humid/hot weather. The car goes fine, stops getting fuel or something for a few seconds and then goes back to normal (and I just got most of a new fuel $y$tem!)
-The fuses needed for either tail light or for the fuel relay burn out A LOT. They especially burn out when it is very hot/humid.

I think moisture is almost certainly the problem. Does anyone have experience with these issues? Trial and error on the electrical system sounds very $$$$. If there are common culprits on a 200 series bricks, please lemme know.

TIA.
