'89 760 Climate Control Issue

Okay. So, as I wrote in a previous thread my 760's fan blower stopped working. The ECC gave a trouble code of 2-3-3 which means "the starting current is too high, motor seizes or turns sluggishly". I removed the fan and it runs beautifully on its own. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
