Headlights and Parking Lights are not working in 94' 940 Turbo 900 1994

This is pertaining to my earlier posting. The head light switch is normally in the on position.

Well when I went to start up this A.M., everything worked except the headlights and parking lights in this switch position.

When I turn the switch to just the parking lights, the parking lights work, switch back the other way nothing! The fuses are good.

Could there be something like a relay gone bad or something?
