Hi Guys!
Sorry to come and bother you with this question, even though it belongs in the S40 forum, but I know that I will get a quicker response from you as I always do with the questions on my 90 740GLE.
The battery on my daughter's 2000 S40 is still the original. Today she experienced a non-starting problem. She got a jump start and now I'm looking to replace it with a new one. The original Volvo battery shows as 600 Cold Cranking Amps. I have a Sears Die Hard International that I used on my "deceased" '87 740 for only 2 months which is rated as 700 Cold Cranking Amps.
Can I use the Die Hard battery to replace the original S40 Volvo battery even though there are more CCA's on the Die Hard battery?
