air intake hose for 740 700

I need a new intake air hose for my 1990 740 GLE 16-valve. The old bellows tube (running from the mass flow meter to the throttle body) has one hole which I patched, but is now looking like it will crack in a few more places and doesn't seal well at either end.

I've looked at some suppliers online, but with no luck - IPD lists them only for one model, and from the picture that hose won't work.

Go to the dealer? And if so any idea of the $ (or should it be $$$)?
