Any Good Aftermarket 240 Headlamps? 200 1993

I recently purchased the aftermarket plastic headlamp assemblies from fcpgroton.com to replace the yellowed and self-destructing Volvo originals. The price was right, but the quality is horrible. These are unbranded and were marked "Made in Estonia". Are the ScanTech units some other vendors offer any better?

The problem with these is that the focus point is horribly off and instead of getting a concentrated beam one gets two hot spots from each light pointing out at crazy angles from the center. It is as if the filament location is nowhere near the focal point of the parabola for the physics/math types :).

I really don't want to spend Volvo parts prices for these things, but I need my daughter to be able to see at night. Used lights seem out of the question because the newest ones would also be 13 years old and are likely to have yellowed and deteriorated badly. Volvo really missed the long term quality boat with these plastic monsters.
