Pulling an engine 200

I'm getting ready to pull a dead B230 engine from an '85 240 so I can replace with a good used engine. I have a good engine hoist. Where is the best place to attach the chain to these engines? Also, doesn't the hood close panel, radiator, and condensor come out to make removing the engine easier? If anyone has a list of steps for this it would help a lot. I searched the archives but didn't find everything that I needed.

Thanks,
Dave
