Accessory lights stuck on? 700 1989

Fired up the wagon today (in sig) and noticed all accessory lights stayed on AFTER the car was running. ?? Slightly twitching key would kill accessory lights but motor too.

Heading out soon to WD-40 ignition; anyone had this problem?
