ok...89 240 no start again...update 200

Well finally got to run a compression test on the 240 that has stumped me for some time. thanks to everyone on this board for you help. My fears were comfirmed. 30lbs in one ten or less in the rest. Checked and rechecked. Its bad. What's the next step from here. I may just part it out or salvage it
