Bosch computer interchangeability?

I am working on an 84 740 and suspect the computer isn't driving the idle air control valve properly. I have a spare or several, but they have different Bosch numbers. The one I suspect is bad is a 280 000 511, and the spare I'm looking at ends with 544.

The question is: Does anyone know where to find an interchange chart?
