Boge in a Sachs box 200

A few days ago I ordered me some Sachs Advantage shocks/struts from a reputable parts dealer that we all know and love, who shall remain nameless for now. In the Sachs Advantage box - which are supposed to be superior because they are made in Germany - was a Boge strut cartridge proudly bearing the brand "Made in Mexico".

Are Boge Turbo (assuming that is what this is) and Sachs Advantage truly equal? If so, should I complain and have the order corrected, even though it amounts to the same thing?

Am I being too picky? Does it really matter that the Sachs are made in Germany instead of Mexico?
