240 brakes driving me crazy

please help. this is making me insane. just replaced calipers, rotors and pads all round on an 85 turbo wagon. also in that time i had a local shop fit a master cylinder. now i am pumping everything back up and having trouble. i bleed everything in the proscribed order. the pressure under my brake pedal grows. then i bleed the last set, the lower front and everything pops back to nothing. does anybody have any ideas? most grateful for any morsels of wisdom. warren
