Modern wheels on older P1800 1800

I want to buy a Volvo pre 1970 P1800.

What needs to be done to change the wheels to the current day Volvo rims?

I know I need spacers to compensate for the offset, but what modifications do I need to do to get the modern wheel bolt pattern?

Do I just change the rotors?

Rear axles?

What kind of cost do you think I am looking at?

Anybody?
