Overdrive solenoid replaced, wiring ok. Still no OD...W.T.F.! 200

Ok so I'm done screaming now. It only took me a hour to calm down and regain my temper. I've replaced the O.D. solenoid, the wiring looks good, I've replaced the relay and it makes that familiar "click" when you click on the O.D. button...What in god's name IS THIS PROBLEM!?@#$%&*
