Terribly low idle and nearly dying 200 1984

My 84 245 automatic idle's very low when in drive or reverse, I have done some searching and asked a few people, but I just wanted to get some more opinions. I recently filled it with cheap-o gas and have heard that cheap gas can make the injectors dirty. Any thoughts? Thanks
