Fuel issue 200 1975

I have a 1975 244DL - gas, B20 engine, fuel infected. It is not running and doesn't seem to be getting fuel. There is fuel getting to the filter (so pump must work) and there is fuel coming out of filter (so filter should be good). Where it goes from there is where I get lost. It goes into the fuel injection system, air intake and all that stuff. Also, we put a little fuel in the spark plug compartments and the engine fired right away - we have lots of spark. So, any wisdom for where to start from there?
