I just picked up a 1987 240 wagon that runs well but driving down the road the heater continues to put out hot air even when I have the lever in the cool position. The temp gauge is showing normal so I am not overheating. I did find a mouse nest in front of my heater core and vacuumed it up but it still does it. The lever is also moving the wire normally. I have been driving around with the windows down. Can anybody help?
