Rear Bumber Droops... 200 1980

Hello volvo fellows,

My rear bumper semed a bit slanted downward when I bought the car. It was a particular look.

Now, however, the bumper is really got a severe case of drooping, and the car seems as if it has a hunchback.

Since I live nowhere near Notre Dame, and my name is not Quasimoto, I wonder if anyone has a remedy for a rear bumper.
