Hey now.

i've got an 82 244glt w/ 233,000 4 spd w/od and for the past year or so... the overdrive switch has been giving me fits and starts... but... i don't think it's the switch... because sometimes the overdrive comes on... sometimes it doesn't. it used to be that when it was wet out it wouldn't come on... now it seems like if it's hot or wet it won't come on... sometimes it comes on regardless of the weather... it's more consistent with turning on/off when it's cool (below 60 degrees) and dry.... someone suggested the relay (behind the dash?) or the wires underneath the car? i could probably fix both if i knew where they were... but i wondering if anyone else has had this problem and might have a more definitive answer before i start to tear apart my dashboard...
