Update on noise question and rubber driveshaft mount 200

Thanks Jorrell, it was indeed the carrier bearing but there was another problem. This is a manual tranny. It has a rubber mounting disk from the front driveshaft to the rear of the tranny. The rubber was broken in several places. I can just see me driving down the interstate at 80 mph and the driveshaft coming loose and punching a hole through the floorboard and the roof, hopefully not taking me with it. Now where do I find the rubber mount and the bearing assembly including the boot the bearing sits in. I have the exception of driveshafts that have the large (45mm) diameter. Most replacement parts only list the smaller (35mm) shafts? The bearing for the small shaft is a 107DD and the large bearing is a 109FF. Everyone sells the small one but not the larger one. I really do not want to make a dealer trip if I can find an aftermarket one since, as I understand it, there are really a limited number of bearing manufacturers. Who makes Volvo bearings?
