Help with turn signals, suddenly stopped working, flasher location 200

Where is the turn signal flasher located on a 240.After removing the dashboard cluster the turn signals stopped working. I am getting voltage through the fuse and the turn signal switch checks out okay. Any other ideas on where to look.????
