5 speed trans 200

I Just swaped out a 5 speed manual that had a bad bearing wine in 3rd and 4th for a supposely good one. This is in a modified 84 245 Turbo what is the correct fluid I should put is this gearbox? I was told Dextron II. The bad box that came out looked like it had motor oil in it.
