1987 740 Turbowagon 5 Speed Clutch Fork Replacement -- HELP !! 700

I have a new clutch fork -- Old one worn thru the pivot point.
Does anyone know how to remove it and replace with new one !
We can't het it out of the tranny !
Does the throwout come out with the fork ??
