Turn signal problems 900 1995

O-kay, next problem: my left turn signal doesn't go out. It just started when I pulled into the parking lot at work. The indicator arrow lit up as well as both the bulbs, front and back. And now they won't go out. The bulb out light hasn't come on either. So can anyone tell me what might be wrong? Did I screw up the turn signal switch or what?

Would sincerely appreciate any advice or hints anyone could give me.
