sunroof question 200 1990

My sunroof doesn't close properly. The rear of the drivers side is sunk down about a 1/4 of an inch so is not air tight or water tight. After a rain, comming to a stop is an adventure with water dripping right on top of my head. Weather strip looks in good shape. Do I need to take this out or is there a quick fix?
