ALD limited slip in solid axle cars 1991

Does anybody here know for sure when the locking differential became standard on live-axle cars? Some info says that all turbo cars got it for 1991 and all 940s for 94/95, other info says only IRS cars had it standard in 91 (meaning 940SE and 960 sedan).

I found a 1991 740Turbo sedan parts car but I could not find signs of the ID label after wiping the rear and bottom sides of the LH axle tube. I only had a rag and didn't have anything with me to try to scrape past the road gunk. The car is more than four hours away but I will make the trip back for the rear-end (with tools and a buddy) if it is almost certain to have LSD.

So... should this car have rolled out with limited slip or was it only a winter package option?
