oil in my intake hose! AHH!

ok so today i took off the air intake hose off the throttle body and found that i'm getting oil and maybe even some fuel in the throttle body and into that black intake hose b/t the AMM and the throttle body.....this dosent seem normal, is it? what could cause this?

thanks in advance!

ps. i am running a bit rich, if that has anything to do with it.
