New wierd sound! 900 1993

I have a 93 Volvo 960 SW (luv it) But it has started making a new sound, sounds like air blowing but the weird thing is that it decreases as i increase gas and increases as i decrease gas. Thought maybe an exhaust leak, but I thought that would increase with more gas.

Anyone else had this problem, any ideas as to what it may be.
