Someone posted awhile back about the different pressure ratings for the color caps. Can't find the post. Anyone remember?

Tire Width:
Car came with stock volvo 14" rims, running 185/70/14. Anyone know the widest tire I can mount?

Stock Volvo 15" rims: running 195/60/15. Same question.
