Replacing brakes and rotors on 1990 740 w ABS 700 1990

My brake pedal is getting pretty low and I am due for new pads on my 90 740. I have heard that machining the rotors is a bad idea when it comes to Volvos, so I have bought replacement rotors as well. Does any one have a detailed tutorial on how to change both the brakes and rotors (I'd like to avoid bleeding the brake fluid if possible). I have not done brake work before on this car and would really appreciate any help you can give!
