M47 Shifter play. ONLY side to side 200

I know this has been talked about. I've asked questions to Threads on this. I still have a doubt that it is the Shifter Bushings. I do not have Play in all directions, It is only side to side when it is in any gear. it is not front to back. I can see it being Ball and Socket bushings if it was lose in all directions but it's only side to side. Is there linkage under the car that might have an additional Bushing in there that would account for a side to side issue?

This has been on the list of things to do for a long time, I just haven't been able to slide under the car and evaluate.
