Replacing clips on exterior door trim 200

Hi all,
I need to replace two clips on the piece of exterior trim that wraps towards the rear of my 244. Ive found new clips online, aswell as some donor clips from an old piece. Question is- How do I remove and replace the clips-without damaging them? Id appreciate any help. Thanks!
