UPDATE: 1991 Rough Start driving me loco, Fuse 6 200 1991

Well, its been a very busy two weeks, and have yet to have a real chance to play around with the Volvo. I did clean up fuse box, specifically fuse 4 & 6 over the weekend, unplugged and plugged in the fuel pump relay a few times, made sure it had a tight connection and now it seems to be starting up a bit better. I think it may also have something to do with it be 40-50 degrees here in NYC. What may cause a car to start better in the cold?
