TRANSMISSION 900 1992

Ok I will try to be brief. Around 140k, erratic shifting. Stutters quick 2 - 3 back to 2.
Now, shifts beautifully until warm up. Then it becomes possessed. Lights have been flashing constantly (used to flash and eventually reset).
80% of the time will not come out of lock up until almost complete stop. Car shutters. Also, it will sometimes skip gears or even go from 1 to lock up.
Present mileage is 158k.
I did the code thing just now as I learned from another site. 5 codes registered. 222, 311, 113, 235, 323.
Curious thing: When the transmission is in possessed mode, if I start and keep the transmission under pressure like up a hill or stay on the gas, the transmission shifts better.
I want badly to give this car to my twin daughters to drive as they are new drivers, but, I cannot do that in this condition.
