Rebuilding rear brake caliper 200 1989

I noticed that the driver side rear brake is leaking brake fluid....haven't taken off the wheel yet to investigate......wondering about price of rebuilt caliper and also wondering how hard it is to rebuild the caliper I already have....any special tools required?
