When it rains, it pours. (See my post about the dash pael crack).

Barely lifted the hood for a year and now: Heard the telltale "tick" of an exhaust leak and figured that rearmost bottom nut securing the exhaust manifold had come loose again. When I went to tighten it ti just kept turning...easily. Uh-oh. Yeah, the stud broke.

Really would like to get away with having to remove everything to replace it. Will someone give me confidence?
