200 Tail lights Bulb Failure sensor and the third light 200

Some of you may have been following my attempt to upgrade the tail lights away from the Flex- circuit boards that current exist.

SVEN brought up a point so therefore I have another question.
Where does the third brake light fit into the Bulb Failure Sensor scheme?
I know that the Sensor compares the left brake light with the Right light on pins 45R and 45L of teh Sensor but how does it compare with the third brake light?

IF I make a Circuit board of LEDs for all the tail lights ( which I did design already) will I get a Bulb Out warning when stepping on the brake due to the Third light?
Also, Directionals. Will the front incondesent bulbs be enough to trigger the Bi-metal Flasher? The LED's do not draw enough current to set the Flasher off.
The way I designed this board, ALL the red lenses can be Running Lights and then ALL the red lenses can be Brake lights when yo ustep on the Brakes.
and the foglights still remain foglights (I built the diodes onto a second PCB that will be used in the Harness. It will be simpler then it sounds.
