Noise on braking and decel.....problem found 200 1991

The noise which occured whether braking with brakes or engine, is caused by a collapsed trailing arm bushing on the right rear.
OD non function is I suspect, a solenoid problem as I fixed the one in there a few years ago by resoldering some internal wires. Shall I go with the bypass mod or a new soenoid....maybe pull one off a wreck?
