Volvo - 1 Firebird - 0 200

I'll make this as short as possible: zippy punk in a newer Trans Am this morning thought he could run me off the road because I was in the lane he wanted. One would think a car with three times the power and half the weight would be able to speed up enough to pass me, but it would seem that it cannot. It was almost comical the way he bounced off of my car. He gave me his insurance info, as much as admitted responsibility - he barely even wanted my name and number - and took off cause he was late.

I wanted to call the cops but my sister (who I called because she's been through this many times whereas this is the first accident I've been involved in) told me there was no point in staying at the scene with him gone so I should go on to school and call the cops on the way. I did, and of course they said there was nothing they could do because I'd left the scene, which begs the question: What did people do before cell phones?? Would I not have had to go find the nearest phone to call the police, thus leaving the scene? Regardless, they wouldn't take a report. I know better now - call the cops at the scene. Oh well...

He scraped up the bumper rubber, pushed in the fender a bit, and may have scraped the turn signal lens. He left a basketball sized dent on his rear quarter panel over the wheel, I got a few scrapes. Seems about par for the 240.

Called insurance people, my wonderful agent said, "No problem, I'll take care of it," and she asked me where I'd like to have the work done.

SO - this isn't as short as I'd planned, sorry - where do I get the work done/what do I do next? Will the dealer do body work? Would that be a bad place to take it even if they do? Will all of the parts have to come from the dealer anyway? I don't know what to do if she asks where I want the work done. Neither I nor my father are in the habit of having other people do car work so it's not like I've got a trusty mechanic/body man.

Advice?
