Coolant Leak after flushing and refilling 200

OK, here we go again. I flushed the cooling system this week and refilled. Car does not run hot at all. Actually it runs a little cooler according to the gauge since I did the flush.
But now I have a leak at the pump. It looks like its coming from the "O" ring bushing that mates with the head. I am getting a trickle of fresh fluid onto the pulley stem area. Not alot, but it just pisses me off. Try to do something good for the brick and it revolts.
I highly doubt its a head gasket. No symptoms of it being a head gasket(milky oil, white smoke, stumbling, etc..) The car runs top notch. I am thinking that when I flushed out the system I may have dislodged some crud that was sealing up that "O" ring gasket. Is that possible?
Also, how difficult is that to replace?
And If I am going to replace that I may as well just do a new waterpump for good measure.
