Oil pressure question for 90' 740 turbo 700

Has 185k miles on it atm, acquired the car appx. 18 months ago with the low oil pressure light on, and it has been sitting ever since. I have a guage for the oil pressure, and I am wondering what it should read (Ideally) when I get this thing going again so I know where I'm at, and if the oil pressure really is low or if it's a short or something.

p.s. : some more info

We don't really know how the previous owners treated the car, and we don't know what oil they put in it and how often. Sooo, I might need ways to test the turbocharger itself.
