Scared about Running to Hard 200

I own a 1990 245 wagon with the M-47 "true" five speed and 197,000 miles.

On Saturday, I was driving down the road. I forgot to shift into 4th gear and noticed I was running at 62mph in 3rd gear. I do not have a tach installed on the car and am worried about wear/tear on the motor/transmission.

I run nothing but Redline MTL in the tranny and Mobil 1 High Mileage Formula in the motor (it is a synthetic blend).

There is no sign of blue or white smoke, but have never run this car that hard.
Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Todd :-)
