Poor fit Nissens radiator 700 1989

Hi

I'm wondering if anyone has this problem with their nissens. Mine has a gap between the top of my 2-row nissens and the top mounting bracket. I'm told the dimensions for the nissen and the OEM rad are the same and fitment should be snug. I'm pretty sure the old volvo radiator did not have this gap. Thanks
