Rear trailing are bushing and tool 200

Ok so I broke down and made the Volvo rear bushing removal tool. Worked fine, after some minor tuning, for removing the bushings and the outer shells. I purchased the poly bushings which now come with the outer shell. Did I miss the installation instructions for the tool? I know that when the tool and instructions were made it was using the original replacement bushing and not the poly ones with the outer shell. I noticed in the pics of Art's bushing tool that it seemed to be turned around without the receiver coupling attached. I have the shell a little more than 3/4 of the way in, but having a problem finishing the job. Do I need to take the coupling out of the tool for installation or what? I know this will not make sense to some of you unless you have used the tool before. Any help will truly be appericated. Max :>)
