No Vacuum in tube for cabin temp in overhead light

Brickboarders,
I do not have vacuum air flow in the tube where the cabin temperature sensor is located. The tube is in the overhead light fixture. Without vacuum air flow it has a false reading and overcools the car. I must turn the stat to 80 degrees just to get the heat to think about coming on. Where does that tube connect on the other end. I am assuming that it has come loose somewhere on the path back to the engine compartment.

Thanks,
Tony
