electric seats problem

I have a 960 with electric seats and the seat will go up and down and the back will recline, but when you try to move it forward or back it just clicks, If youreally push hard on the seat while pshing the switch, you can get it to move. The seat seens like maybe one side is further back on the track than the other side. Does ayone have any suggestions on a fix?
