cruise control 900 1996

my cruise just stop working recently. checked fuse which is good.maybe vacumm problem?rubber hose that connects the line is good also where is the vacumm box or tank located on this model. blower motor also cuts out when pressing the gas but comes back on when releasing the gas. thanks for any help. 1996 960 134523
