I am replacing the Torque Rod bushings on the rear end of my 940 wagon . Was able to get the rear bushing in, it is the large hour glass one, but the front bushing is a bear. Ridges on the outer edges and difficult to get pressed in. I have a 20 ton press so equipment is not the problem. Must be technique. Anyone done the job and have a suggestion on getting the front bushing pressed in without the rubber getting all bunched up. I can get the bushing in 80% of the way but not all the way in.
Thanks for the help.
