The 940 still has the intermittent momentary stumble at idle with a new RPM sensor, ECT, MAP, RSR, and Air Temp Sensor, and the air box modified temporarily so that the manifold heat does not reach the intake. I am getting a 1-1-1 code which leads me to the conclusion that it is not ECU sensor related. The puzzling thing is that the idle goes bad at the exact time that the engine reaches operating temperature.
I have not checked the fuel pressure because the location of the Shrader valve on the fuel manifold is in a position that doesn't allow my fuel pressure gauge to hook up. (That was a brilliant design feature!)
Any new ideas on the subject will be investigated after turkey day!
